- A vote of a majority of the owners of the lots or tracts is required to change the covenants. For appointing new architectural committee after 2007, a written statement executed by the record owners of a majority of the lots is required. (Preamble and Section B)
- Amendments
- After July 25, 2007, the covenants automatically renew for 10-year periods unless a majority of lot owners vote to change them. Also, for the architectural committee, after July 25, 2007, approval is not required unless a majority of record (Preamble and Section B)
