Rancho Sahuarita Village is a master-planned community in Sahuarita, AZ. These documents are partial and ancillary: a Use Restriction Agreement and two Supplemental Declarations. The Use Restriction limits build-for-rent on 10 specific lots, and the Supplemental Declarations add new lots to the existing CC&Rs. For full community rules, refer to the main Declaration.
- Build-for-rent restriction: A single owner may not rent more than 3 of the 10 specified lots (Lots 513–522 of Entrada); doing so is deemed a prohibited 'build for rent' community. This restriction runs with the land for 10 years from May 2026 and terminates upon a retail sale to a homebuyer.
- Addition of lots to the association: Two Supplemental Declarations (March and May 2026) added new lots to the existing Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Rancho Sahuarita Village. The March declaration added Lots 46–51 and 71–78 of Entrada del Toro; the May declaration added Lots 513–522 of Entrada. These lots become subject to all existing community rules.
