- Architectural review: Any exterior alterations (structures, fences, landscaping, color changes) require prior written approval from the Architectural Committee. Plans are deemed approved if not acted on within 30 days.
- Parking & vehicles: On-street parking is discouraged; vehicles must be kept in garages, carports, or driveways. No boats, trailers, RVs exceeding 7 ft height/18 ft length, or inoperable vehicles may be parked visible from neighboring property.
