- Purpose & Structure: The association is formed to act as a homeowners' association for the planned unit development. It has two classes of voting membership: Class A (each lot owner gets one vote per lot) and Class B (the developer/Declarant gets three votes per lot owned, converting to Class A upon sale or after four years).
