Assessments & dues

Each Member (including Developer) has one vote per Membership owned. Total Votes equal Total Authorized Membership Shares. Co-owners designate one voter; if no designation, majority interest decides. Developer controls all votes during Deve (Section 3.03 and 3.05)
Amendments
Developer may amend the Plan unilaterally; Owners Association agrees to cooperate and execute consents. Amendments recorded. No explicit membership vote required. (Section 2.01 (last sentence), Section 2.)
