- Each Owner shall obtain and maintain insurance, at his or her sole expense, to protect against any damage to, loss or repair to any other Owner's property (Article III, Section 5(f))
- Use restrictions
- Units are restricted exclusively to residential use; no Unit shall be occupied by more than a single family; 'occupancy' means staying overnight more than 60 days (consecutive or non-consecutive) in any calendar year (Article VI, Section 1(a))
