- The leasing or rental of a Dwelling for residential purposes only shall not be considered a violation of this covenant (Article VI, Section 6.01)

- No Dwellings or other Improvements of any nature whatsoever shall be constructed on any Lot or Dwelling unless such Dwelling and/or Improvements have been approved by the ACC in the manner set forth in Article V above (Article VI, Section 6.2)
