Pets

Only dogs, cats or other common household pets may be kept, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose, and further provided they be kept in sanitary conditions. No household pet shall be kept in outside runs (Section 11)

Setbacks / home size

The total living area of the structure, exclusive of one-story open porches and garages, carports, shall not be less than 2800 square feet. All residential structures shall incorporate an attached garage for at least two (2) automobiles. (Section 2)

Amendments

The covenants shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten years unless an instrument signed by a majority of the then owners of the lots has been recorded, agreeing to change said covenants in whole or in part. Additionall (Sections 18 and the paragraph after Sect)
