- Before commencement of any building, fence, wall, other structure, or landscaping or other feature affixed to land, and before any exterior addition, change, or alteration (including painting), plans and specifications must be submitted to (Article V Section 5.1)
- Home business
- No trade, business, noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any Lot. No commercial activity in residence or garage, except use of garage as sales office by Developer or builder with Developer's prior written approval. (Article V Section 5.10)
- Signs & flags
- No sign of any kind displayed to public view on any Lot except 'For Rent' or 'For Sale' signs refering only to that Lot, of materials, size, height and design approved by Developer. Developer or Association may enter and remove non-complyin (Article V Section 5.14)
- Use restrictions
- One single-family dwelling per Lot (not including mobile or manufactured housing), not to exceed two stories. No structure of temporary character used as residence. (Article V Sections 5.2 and 5.22)
- Voting & meetings
- Class A Members (all Owners except Developer) get one vote per Lot owned. Class B Member (Developer) gets number of votes equal to number of Lots in the Property plus one, with increases upon annexation. (Article II Section 2.2)
