- Minimum dwelling size: Detached single-family homes must be at least 1,050 square feet (under air conditioning) on lots with frontage of 70 feet or less, and at least 1,400 square feet on lots wider than 70 feet.
- Maintenance & landscaping: Owners must keep their lot's setback areas, yards, walkways, driveways, parking areas, and drainage swales neat and free of debris. All landscaped areas must be kept live, healthy, watered, and trimmed; dead or damaged plants must be replaced promptly.
- Signs: No signs visible from the street without DRC approval, except standard real estate signs no larger than 2 ft by 3 ft used for sale or lease.
