- All parking spaces are located within the Shared Facilities and are controlled by the NCL Owner. Individual spaces are not assigned for exclusive use unless the NCL Owner grants such right. NCL Owner may relocate assigned spaces for handica (Section 3.3)
- Voting & meetings
- Each Residential Unit entitled to one (1) vote; each Commercial Unit entitled to one (1) vote. Each Owner is a member of the Condominium Association. (Section 5.2)
- Amendments
- Except as elsewhere provided, amendments require affirmative vote of 80% or more of voting interests of all Owners. Material Amendments require joinder of record Owners and mortgagees. Developer may amend alone during control period (except (Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5)
