No ARB application needed. If the ARB finds them excessive, bright, traffic-drawing, interfering with neighbors, or dangerous, you must remove them within 48 hours of written notice.
• Pools & play equipment: Only in-ground swimming pools are allowed — no temporary or above-ground pools. They must be in the rear yard with security fencing meeting local codes. Semi-permanent play equipment (sandboxes, swing sets, trampolines) must be in the rear yard. Basketball backboards need ARB approval, must not be affixed to the house, and court markings are prohibited. Tree houses and skateboard ramps are not allowed.
