Driveway and sidewalk painting is not approved.
• Holiday decorations & specific items: Exterior holiday lights and blow-up decorations are allowed; December decorations must be removed by January 31, and Halloween/Thanksgiving decorations within 7 days after the holiday. Hurricane shutters may be installed 7 days before a named storm and must be removed within 15 days after it passes.
