- Owner may obtain insurance on personal property and liability at Owner's expense. (Section 10.1(f))
- Voting & meetings
- Each Owner of a Unit is entitled to one vote. If a Unit is divided, each resultant Unit has one vote. At no time may more than one vote be cast for one Unit. (Section 4.3)
- Amendments
- By Association: notice required; may be proposed by majority of Board or by 1/3 of members; adopted by: (i) Owners owning >50% of Voting Interests plus at least 66-2/3% of Board; or (ii) after turnover, 67% of Voting Interests represented a (Article 5, particularly Sections 5.1, 5.)
