- Each lot shall be used as a residence for a single family and for no other purpose. (Article V Section 1)

- Class A: each lot owner one vote per lot (if multiple owners, one vote per lot exercised as they determine). Class B: Declarant five votes per lot owned. Class B conversion to Class A when total Class A votes equal Class B votes or Septembe (Article II Section 2)
