Fences

No fence or wall shall be erected placed or altered on any Lot nearer to any street than said minimum building setback line unless the same be a retaining wall of masonry construction which does not rise above the finished grade elevation o (Article II, Section 5(b))

No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained on any lot, nor shall any exterior addition to or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications have been submitted to the Architectural C (Article II, Section 3)
