- Class A: each Owner except Declarant has one vote per Lot. Class B: Declarant has two votes per Lot owned but never less than total Class A plus one; ceases when Declarant loses right to appoint board. (Section 3.03)
- Amendments
- During control period, Declarant may amend without member approval unless material change affects Owner rights or mortgagees, then requires majority of affected members or mortgagees. Amendment must be certified and recorded. (Section 9.02)
