- Class A: each Owner of a Lot has one vote per Lot. Class B: Declarant has 4 votes per Lot it owns. Class B ends upon Control Transfer Date (when Declarant owns <25% of Lots, voluntarily surrenders, or 5 years after first Lot conveyance). (Section 3.2)
- Amendments
- Declaration may be amended as provided in Section 13.2; certain articles require Declarant's consent while Declarant owns property. (Section 13.2, referenced sections)
