About HOAs in Kentucky
Kentucky community associations are governed by the Kentucky Horizontal Property Law (KRS §§381.805 et seq.) for condominiums and by general nonprofit corporation law for HOAs and property owners' associations. State law sets a baseline for the declaration, bylaws, unit-owner meetings, board elections, and access to records. Each Kentucky association also adopts its own rules and amendments. HOAproxy collects those documents and makes the full text searchable so owners across Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, and the rest of Kentucky can find the provisions that govern a property.
