Total votes = 100; each Unit allocated votes as per Exhibit A; residential units (2.44%), management units (0.24%). Co-owners must designate Voting Member. (Article VI, Section 6.3; Exhibit A)
Amendments
Requires written instrument approved by Owners with at least 51% of total vote (75% to amend Article XI), certified mail to mortgagees at least 10 days prior, recorded in Teton County. (Article XII)
