- Drainage requirements: All runoff from the BUA must drain into the permitted stormwater system via grading, collection system, or vegetated conveyance.
- Operation and maintenance: The stormwater systems (infiltration basin and trench) must be inspected quarterly and within 24 hours after storms over 1.0 inches (or 1.5 inches in coastal counties). Records must be kept and available upon request.
