- Exterior materials & fences: Exterior materials are limited to conventional frame, brick, wood, clay brick, stucco, or vinyl. Fences require written approval and cannot be placed closer to the front lot line than the rear corner of the house.
- Parking & vehicles: Each lot must have a concrete driveway and off-street parking for at least two cars. Boats must not be visible from the street. Unsightly, inoperative, or unlicensed vehicles are prohibited.
- Pets & animals: No domesticated farm animals or fowls are allowed. Kennels or pet facilities cannot be located in front or side yards.
- Yard maintenance & nuisances: Lots must be kept mowed and free of debris. No yard sales, clotheslines, or noxious activities are permitted. The developer may enter and clean lots at the owner's expense if rules are violated.
