- Parking & vehicles: Each lot must provide off-street parking for at least three passenger automobiles before occupancy. Parking areas and driveways must be constructed of approved materials.
- Assessments & fees: The HOA may levy annual assessments (max increase 10% per year without member vote) and special assessments (requires 2/3 member vote). Assessments are equal for all lots, collected quarterly or monthly, and are a personal obligation and lien on the lot. Unpaid assessments accrue 12% annual interest.
