- Easements: All easements shown on the Phase II plat are subject to the terms of Article III of the original declaration. The developer also reserves easements over streets, roads, utility easements, and common areas for developing other lands.
- Developer rights: The developer reserves the right to use and develop adjacent lands not shown on the Phase II plat, and retains easements for that purpose.
