- Assessments & fines: The association levies annual assessments. Late payments incur interest at 18% per annum and a late fee set by the board. Fines for violations cannot exceed $150 per occurrence.
- Party walls: Walls on lot lines are party walls. Repair costs are shared by owners who use the wall. No alterations to party walls except interior surfaces.
