Wood-Haven is a single-family home subdivision in Wilmington, NC, governed by a 1955 Declaration of Restrictions that runs with the land. These rules apply to all lot owners and are designed to maintain the residential character of the neighborhood.
- Residential use only: All lots must be used for residential purposes only; no commercial or obnoxious trade is allowed.
- Setbacks & lot size: Buildings must be at least 50 feet from the front lot line, 10 feet from side and back lines. No residential structure may be built on a lot smaller than 20,000 square feet.
