Pets

Dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept, but not bred or maintained for commercial purposes. No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind may be raised, bred or kept on any lot except dogs, cats or other household pets. (Section III.7)

All lots shall be used for single family residence purposes. 'Single family' defined as one or more persons immediately related by blood, marriage, adoption or foster care and living as a single household unit. (Section III.1)

Amendments

These Protective Covenants and Restrictions may be amended by an instrument signed by the owners of 2/3 of the lots subject hereto, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Buffalo County, Nebraska. (Section IV.2)
