- Each unit has number of votes equal to its percentage interest in common elements; total 100 votes in the Association. (Article VII (c))
- Amendments
- Prior to first unit conveyance, Grantor may freely amend. After first conveyance, amendment requires at least 75% of all votes entitled to be cast. No amendment shall impair Grantor's rights. Grantor cannot use its votes to change permitted (Article XIX)
