Voting & meetings

Class A Members (all Owners other than Declarant): 1 vote per Lot. Class B Member (Declarant): 3 votes per Lot owned until Termination Date. After Termination Date, all Owners have 1 vote per Lot. (2005) / All Members have 1 vote per Lot (2 (Article 2.2 (2005), Article 2.2 (2013))

Amendments
