Assessments & dues

Voting & meetings
Two classes: Class A (non-declarant owners) – 1 vote per Lot; Class B (Declarant) – 3 votes per Lot until 80% sold or earlier election, then converts to Class A. After Turnover: 1 vote per Lot, total votes = number of Lots. No fractional vo (Section 7.2(a)(b))
