No building or structure within 40 feet from exterior boundaries of the lot, unless exception approved by Design Committee. (Art. I Sec. 4)
Use restrictions
Only one single-family dwelling per lot and outbuildings incidental to residential use; multi-family, commercial, business or institutional uses prohibited except home occupations. (Art. II Sec. 1 and Sec. 3)
Voting & meetings
Each lot owner is entitled to one vote except as limited for family compounds (Art. V Sec. 10). (Art. IV Sec. 5)
Amendments
Affirmative written vote of 66 2/3% of all lot owners may change covenants. Each lot entitled to one vote. Amendments must be signed by President, attested by Secretary, recorded in Santa Fe County Clerk's office. (Art. VI Sec. 3)
