No sign or billboard except: (a) one sign of no more than five (5) square feet advertising property for sale; (b) signs used by Owner or assigns to advertise lots/residences during construction and sales period; (c) signs approved by the Ar (Article 1.16)
Setbacks / home size
No building shall be constructed in violation of the building setback line shown on the recorded plat; setback areas designated for lawn purposes only (Article 1.06)
Use restrictions
Each lot shall be used and occupied solely and exclusively for single-family residential purposes, except during construction and sales periods (Article 1.01)
