Architectural approval
No exterior construction, alteration, addition, or erection shall be commenced without prior written approval of Architectural Review Committee (ARC). ARC may be divided into subcommittees for modifications and new construction. (Section 6.4)
Solar & roof
No solar energy collector panels or hardware unless they are an integral and harmonious part of the architectural design, as determined by ARC in its sole discretion. (Section 6.4(aa))
Home business
Permitted only as home office in sole discretion of Board, with conditions. Leasing of Lot is exempt. (Section 6.2)
Signs & flags
