• Signs: One for-sale or for-rent sign of reasonable size is allowed. Noncommercial signs, posters, flags, or banners are permitted only if in good condition. Signs in common areas will be removed.
• Window coverings: Aluminum foil, newspaper, paint, reflective tint, or other materials deemed unattractive by the Association are prohibited.
• Nuisances: No noxious or offensive activity on any lot or common area.
• Holiday decorations: Outdoor or visible indoor decorations are limited to 30 days before a holiday and must be removed within 14 days after.
• Enforcement & fines: Violations are handled via a three-step notice process, then a hearing. Fines: $50 first offense, $100 second, $150 subsequent. Recurring fines allowed monthly until compliance. Additional penalties may include suspension of privileges or legal action.
