- Pets, nuisances, and restrictions: No livestock or poultry; only dogs, cats, or other household pets allowed (not for commercial breeding). No noxious activities, temporary structures (trailers, tents, etc.), oil/mining operations, clotheslines visible from the street, front‑yard athletic equipment, or vegetable gardens visible from public rights‑of‑way. Signs are limited to one 5‑sq‑ft real estate sign. Satellite dishes must be concealed from public view; no radio towers.
