No residence, improvement, building, fence, or other structure shall be commenced, and no exterior addition, alteration, improvement, or renovation shall be made, without written approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). (Article IV, Section 9)
Home business
No recurring business activity; telecommuting allowed but not increased business traffic or nuisance to residential use. (Article IV, Section 1)
Signs & flags
Allowed: signs required for legal proceedings; one 'For Sale' sign conforming to law; political signs no larger than 2 ft x 3 ft during standard campaign seasons. (Article IV, Section 8)
Insurance
Association shall maintain commercial general liability insurance, directors and officers insurance, and other policies as deemed necessary by the Board. (Article V)

For Covenant: proposed by majority of Board or 35% of Members; approved by affirmative vote of Members holding 2/3 of all Member votes; executed by President and Secretary; recorded in Register's Office. (Article XI, Section 1)
