Pets

Dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided not for commercial purposes. (Section 3)

Lots may be used only for construction and maintenance of a residential building for one family. (Section 1)

Amendments

After initial 20-year term, auto-renewed for successive 10-year periods unless an instrument signed by 60% of lot owners is recorded agreeing to modify or amend in whole or in part. (Section 16)
