- Animals & livestock: No more than one large livestock animal per full acre, and swine are prohibited. Animals must be fenced, and no commercial breeding. Dangerous dogs must be adequately contained.
- Vehicles & parking: No parking on roads or rights-of-way for more than 24 hours. Vehicles without current license plates cannot remain on a lot for more than 10 days. No junkyards.
- Recreational & nuisance rules: No hunting, target shooting, or firearm discharge. No gasoline engines on the lake. No noxious or offensive activities, and no trail bikes or similar vehicles that create a nuisance.
- Signs & fencing: Only one 'For Sale' sign (max 5 sq ft) or one builder sign during construction. Fences facing roads must be wood, brick, stone, pipe and cable, or vinyl; barbed wire is prohibited.
