- Mailboxes: Mailboxes must have iron or cast alloy posts and be consistent in design, color, size, and shape per the exhibit. Masonry mailboxes are not allowed. Double-headed mailboxes on a single pole are allowed at the common lot line of two adjacent lots. If you have access to a community mailbox, you cannot install your own mailbox on your lot.
