This is a set of supplemental rules for the Willow Bend Polo Estates Master Homeowners Association in Dallas, TX, binding on all property owners in the master-planned community. It covers specific policies on architectural changes, payments, flags, and records, but does not include the full Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
- Rain Barrels/Collection Devices: Owners may install rain barrels if they meet architectural requirements and get approval. They cannot be placed on common areas or on property visible from the street in front of the building line. Submit a site plan and product photograph.

- Records Retention and Production: The association keeps records (owner accounts, contracts, minutes, tax returns, etc.) and lets owners inspect them upon written request, with costs including $0.10 per page and $15 per hour labor. Confidential information like violation histories and personal financial data is not disclosed.
