- Voting & meetings
- One vote per square foot of land (or fraction thereof) contained in the Parcel. After Conversion Date, majority of votes present and voting constitutes act of Members, except amendments require 2/3 of votes entitled to be cast. (Sections 5.4, 5.5)
- Amendments
- After Conversion Date, amendment of Declaration or bylaws requires assent of 2/3 of votes entitled to be cast by Members present and voting. (Section 5.5)
