Nature Glen is a single-family home subdivision in Keller, TX, governed by restrictive covenants recorded in 1997–1998. These rules apply to all owners in the specified blocks and lots of Sections I and II, and are enforced by property owners. The covenants cover land use, building standards, and architectural controls – no HOA board or association is mentioned.
- What you own & maintain: You own your lot and home; no common elements or association maintenance is provided. You are responsible for your property, including keeping it free of debris and maintaining fences and landscaping.
- Minimum home size & exterior: Every residence must have at least 1,000 sq. ft. of living area (one‑and‑half‑story homes need 700 sq. ft. on the first floor). Exterior walls on the first floor must be at least 60% masonry (stone, brick, or stucco).

- Pets: No more than four household pets per lot. Pets must be confined to the back yard (fenced) or inside the house, and kept clean and properly tagged. No livestock, poultry, or commercial breeding.
- Parking & vehicles: No boats, RVs, campers, trailers, or similar vehicles may be parked for storage in driveways, front yards, or on streets. They may be parked in side or rear yards only if completely concealed from public view. Trucks over 1 ton and vehicles with painted advertisements cannot park overnight, except for construction. No vehicles with explosive cargo are allowed.
- Prohibited activities & nuisances: No temporary structures (trailers, tents, barns) used as dwellings except builder models. No air‑conditioning apparatus on front ground or front walls/windows. No clothes drying in public view. No signs except for builder sales during construction. No noxious or offensive activities creating a nuisance.
- Duration & amendment: Covenants run for 20 years from recording, automatically renewing for successive 10‑year periods. Declarant (Metro Investment Group) may amend or abolish covenants as long as it owns at least 40% of the lots.
