Oak Valley Addition, Phase 1 is a standard single-family home HOA in Kaufman County, Texas. These covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) apply to all lot owners and residents in the subdivision, setting rules for residential use, construction, and property maintenance.
- Residential use & building: All lots are for single-family residences only. One residence per lot, maximum two stories. Minimum air-conditioned floor area is required (exact square footage not specified in excerpt). Outbuildings limited to one per lot and cannot be used as dwelling.
