Maximum height 6 ft above finished grade. No wire, chain link, or cyclone fences. For Lots 1‑156, no fence may extend beyond the front building line. For specified lots (4‑7, 35‑39, 41, 42, 106‑113), fence shall not extend beyond rear build (Article II, Section 10)
Setbacks / home size
Building shall be located no nearer than 20 ft to front lot line, 20 ft to side street line, 6 ft to interior lot line (Lots 1‑98), 5 ft to interior lot line (Lots 99‑156), and 15 ft to rear lot line (all lots). Eaves, concrete slabs, steps (Article I, Section 9)
Use restrictions
Lots shall be used only for residential purposes. No trade, traffic, or business of any kind (professional, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non‑residential use) is permitted. Conducting sale of residential dwellings is allow (Article II, Section 2)
Voting & meetings
Each Owner of a platted Lot subject to assessment is a member with one vote per Lot owned; if multiple owners, they determine how the vote is cast, but only one vote per Lot (Article IV, Sections 1 and 2)
