Sunland Condominium Owners Association, Division 7, in Sequim, Washington, is a condominium community where you own your individual unit and share ownership of the common areas and facilities. This document is the association's bylaws, which detail how the association is governed, how meetings are conducted, and the rights and responsibilities of unit owners. - Rules, violations & fines: The board publishes and enforces rules and regulations governing common areas, owner conduct, and property use. Violations can result in fines or suspension of common area use and voting rights. Hearing procedures are provided for due process.
- Insurance & maintenance: The board must maintain hazard and liability insurance for common property and the association’s business. The association maintains common areas and the exterior of units. Owners are responsible for their interior and any limited common elements assigned to their unit.
