Fences

All fences along side or rear lines (other than existing) must be of sheep type construction. Existing fences must conform within 10 years. Fence posts: treated wood or steel. Fences on front lot lines or along streets must be corral style (Section 4)

Setbacks / home size

No building shall be located nearer than 25 feet to the front lot line, nor nearer than 25 feet to any side lot line. No dwelling or other building shall be located closer than 10 feet to a side lot line. No dwellings or other buildings on (Section 2)

Use restrictions

Only single family dwellings shall be erected, altered, placed, or permitted on any lot. No lot shall be used for any financial or commercial reasons whatsoever. (Section 1)

Amendments

These covenants may be altered by written agreement of the owners of a majority of the Lots, or by any instrument signed by the owners of a majority of the tracts. (Final paragraph)
