AMENDMENT TO EXHIBIT."B" (RULES AND REGULATIONS) OF THE BYLAWS OF 200 PATTERSON AVENUE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION 29-— GC$OAbOS5So This Amendment ("Amendment") is executed by the Board of Directors of 200 Patterson Avenue Condominium Association, Inc. ("Association") pursuant to Article IV, Section 3 of the Bylaws of the Association ("Bylaws"), which provides to the Board of Directors of the Association the power and duty, among other things, to establish, make and enforce compliance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary for the operation, use and occupancy of the Project, with the right to amend same from time to time. Notice is hereby given that said Rules and Regulations (which are attached as Exhibit "B" to the Bylaws recorded in Volume 3149 at page 1416, et seq., of the Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas) have been Amended as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IV, Section 3, of the Bylaws, the Board of Directors of the Association, at a regular meeting held on October 21, 1997 at which a quorum was present, passed a resolution amending al] of paragraph 24 ("Rule 24"), as set forth in Notice of Amendments to Exhibit "B" (Rules and Regulations) of the Bylaws of 200 Patterson Avenue Condominium Association, Inc. as recorded in, Volume 07092, Pages 487-490 of the Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas. Such Amendment, to be effective November 21, 1997, is as follows: "24. In order to make the best use of the elevators, entrances and other facilities and to expedite the flow of traffic into and out of the building the following rules shall be observed: a) Security personnel, Association Employees, Repairmen and other Tradesmen shall use the service entrance and elevator.

b) Housekeepers employed by the Residents shall use the service entrance and elevator except when accompanied by their employers.

c) Luggage, groceries and other bulky items shall be unloaded from Residents’ cars in the garage and transported by the valets/housekeepers in the service elevator except when such items arrive with a Resident by taxi or other vehicle which is not to be parked in the garage and when such items are being transported by a Resident in person.

d) Exterior parking by Security and Association employees, housekeepers employed by Residents and contractors and their employees shall be in the lot at the west end of the building.

Ero e =P g: a ‘RB o¥818 B88ka In the application of this Rule 24 the Manager, or in his absence the officer on duty, shall make exceptions in emergencies and when good judgment dictates other temporary exceptions.

Except as herein provided, all terms and provisions of the original Rules and Regulations of the Association, attached as Exhibit "B" of the Bylaws, shall be and remain in full force and effect.
