DECLAR 14 PGS 2007041669 AMENDED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR 8888 TALLWOOD CONDOMINIUM This Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for 8888 Tallwood Condominium (the "Amended Declaration"), is executed by 8888 Tallwood Partners, LP, a Texas limited partnership and amends the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for 8888 Tallwood Condominium (the “Original Declaration"). The Amended Declaration amends Exhibits "B" and "C" (attached hereto) and the Recitals of the Original Declaration which is necessary after 10 individual condominium units were combined to form 5 individual condominium units. The property now consists of 85 individual condominium units rather than 90 individual condominium units.
The first paragraph of the Recitals is amended to the following: The property subject to this Declaration is described in Exhibit “A." The property consists of eighty-five (85) residential condominium units and various common improvements. The property is locally known as "8888 Tallwood."
