RECITALS: A. Declarant is the "Declarant" pursuant to that certain Condominium Declaration for Bleu Ciel, a Condominium, dated May 20, 2014, and recorded as Document No. 201400123984 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, covering the Property as defined and described therein.

copy B. Declarant executed that certain First Amendment to Condominium Declaration for Bleu Ciel, a Condominium, dated June 25, 2015, and recorded as Document No. 201500185780 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, with respect to the Declaration as it relates to the Condominium.

C. Declarant executed that certain Second Amendment to Condominium Declaration for Bleu Ciel, a Condominium, dated April 20, 2016, and recorded as Document No. 201600104314 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, with respect to the Declaration as it relates to the Condominium.

<died D. Declarant executed that certain Third Amendment to Condominium Declaration for Bleu Ciel, a Condominium dated November 14, 2017, and recorded as Document No.

201700323247 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, with respect to the Declaration as it relates to the Condominium (as amended, the "Declaration").

E. Declarant now desires to exercise its rights under the Declaration to amend the Declaration as described in this Amendment.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and for other good and

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Declaration is hereby amended as follows: Exhibit “D” attached hereto is hereby added to the Declaration to set forth the undivided percentage ownership in the site pertaining to each Residence Unit.

Except as expressly modified herein, the Declaration remains unmodified and in full force and effect. All terms used herein with initial capital letters and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings specified in the Declaration.
