Box 3843, BOOK 1265PAGE 507 SUPPLEMENTARY DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AFFECTING "BRECKENRIDGE, PROPERTY OF WESTMINSTER COMPANY, A " NORTH CAROLINA CORPORATION This Supplementary Declaration dated March 7 th , 1986, by Westminster Company, a North Carolina Corporation, having its principal place of business at Greensboro, North Carolina.
WITNESSETH: A Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions affecting BRECKENRIDGE, property of Westminster Company, Durham County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as Declaration, was made June 27, 1985, and recorded in Book 1220 at Page 32/of the Register of Deeds of Durham County.
In furtherance of the general plan of BRECKENRIDGE and in exercise of the option under ARTICLE X, Section 4 of the Declaration, Westminster Company finds that the circumstances require that the property described in ARTICLE I of this Supplementary Declaration be subjected to the terms and provisions of the Declaration, and hereby renders said property subject to the Declaration recorded in Book 1220 at Page 32, Durham County Registry.
Now, therefore, in the exercise of the option to subject additional lands in Durham County to the terms of the Declaration, the undersigned hereby renders the property referred to in ARTICLE I hereof subject to the Declaration; and further covenants with the purchasers of lots in the property described and referred to hereinafter that the property so described and referred to shall be held conveyed subject to those restrictions set forth in the Declaration, all of which are deemed required to carry out its general plan for BRECKENRIDGE and does the Declaration, all as follows:

ARTICLE II All restrictive terms, provisions, specifications and standards set forth in the Declaration are hereby rendered fully applicable to the real property and referred to herein.
